Goyum 600
Having a crushing capacity of 60 ton/day, Goyum 600 has a simple and symmetrical shape. It features durability, less maintenance and compact. Made of high quality materials on the line of modern technologies, Goyum 600 can be used high crushing capacity oil millers.

Features of oil expeller - Goyum 600

This model has been designed in a simple and symmetrical shape.
Triple Reduction Gear Box with helical gears of cast steel and pinion shafts of special steel. Gearbox is aligned with all the bodies on a single fabricated base.
This expeller has Two chambers of Cast Steel, vertically hinged. Each of 36" long.
Cake thickness can be adjusted on running Machine.
Worm Assembly, discharge ring, compression ring are all hard faced welded.
Main Worm Shaft can be withdrawn without disturbing the Gear Box. The shaft is water cooled.
Crammer Shaft for extra cramming of the Seed or Cake in the feed body is completely supported on Bearings.
Base and bodies are fabricated from Mild Steel.
Superior quality of Oil and Cake.
Low Maintenance.

Power Consumption:	3-Phase 100 H.P Motor for Expeller 1440 R.P.M. 3-Phase 20 H.P. Motor for Kettle 1440 R.P.M.
Kettle :	5 High - 66" Dia.Steam jackets for efficient cooking of seed. Pipe fitting contains safety value, steam spray pipes, pressure gauge, steam valves, steam traps. Exhaust fan is also provided to extract excess steam or moisture from cooking chambers. Kettle is supported separately on a fabricated structure.
High Capacity:	50 to 60 Ton (In 24 Hours) in pre-pressing and 30 Ton in Single and Final crushing (Capacity differs with material density and quantity of oil in the seed.)
